Pretty! Love both designs today … no favourite.
I love playing with these block designs in virtual quilts, but would probably limit the number of blocks in a real quilt so I could make the blocks much bigger!

A very neat and tidy formal garden with an interesting layout, and no weeds!
I am not in love with the overall combination of colours, but I love the design.

Interesting!
Love the centre block.
After selecting the first design I started playing with the designs in the project file, as I wanted to change the design which was next in line. I deleted a couple, and added a couple of handfuls.
I like the new background colour, which I had introduced as part of a couple of designs, making it the dominate background in all future designs. There will be more quilting added to future designs too.

I wonder how easy, or hard, it would be to do a really big applique block?
It could be very impressive when complete, but getting it done could create some problems.
Many more applique blocks with an interesting result, though the quilting is a bit boring, apart from hose eight quilted versions of applique blocks.

I like these designs, but in close up detail the applique is just a little too detailed for anything but fused!
Love the second design.

Interesting, and I like everything about it except the choice of background fabric.
I like the second one too.

I like the first one!
I like the second one too, because it has quilting … but I like the first design best.

Oh dear … I quite like the design, but the thought of making all those not quite identical blocks means I will never make this one up as a real quilt. I don’t mind making repeat blocks, but not so many so similar!
Like the second one too, but should have made the quilting lines in the final border an extension of the lines around the centre block.

Love the second one!
Wonder if it would work best as a tablecloth or on a bed.

Love it! I don’t think I could live with the background colour, but like the way it looks.
These colours include favourites pink, purple and green, but when I started this project file I thought i should try a colour combination a bit outside my usual comfort zone. I like all the designs, but still have reservations about the background. However I have seen worse colour combinations in quilts, rooms and other people’s wardrobes.

I love this one! However, I would use a much finer thread to do the quilting than what it looks like on screen!
Love the second one too!

I often have difficulty finding a background for white and almost white appliques. I am not keen on the yellow, but at least the lilies are clearly visible.
